Estudio Equity SpA ("EQUIOS", "we", "us", or "our") operates the EQUIOS platform, accessible at equios.ai and its subdomains (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our platform, including data accessed through Google APIs. By using EQUIOS, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
Account Information: Name, email address, company name, and other details you provide when registering for EQUIOS.
Google API Data: When you authorize EQUIOS to connect with your Google accounts, we access data from the following Google APIs:
- Google Ads API: Campaign performance metrics, impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, and audience insights from your authorized Google Ads accounts.
- Google Analytics Data API (GA4): Website traffic, user behavior, conversion data, and audience segments from your authorized GA4 properties.
- Google Analytics Admin API: Property configuration and account structure information.
Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the EQUIOS platform, including pages visited, features used, and reports generated.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies used to operate and improve the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the EQUIOS platform and its features (Market Research reports, Brand Intelligence reports, Marketing Action Plans).
- Generate AI-powered market and brand intelligence reports based on your authorized data.
- Display campaign performance dashboards and analytics within the EQUIOS interface.
- Improve and develop new features of the Service.
- Send you important notifications about your account and the Service.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Google API Services — Data Use and Restrictions
EQUIOS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, we commit to the following:
- No Sale of Google Data: We will never sell data obtained from Google APIs to third parties.
- No Advertising Use: Google API data will never be used to serve targeted advertisements.
- Limited Use: Data obtained from Google APIs is used solely to provide and improve the EQUIOS reporting and intelligence features that the user has explicitly requested.
- No Unauthorized Transfer: We do not transfer Google API data to third parties except as necessary to provide our Service (e.g., AI processing providers), and only under strict confidentiality and data use restrictions.
- Read-Only Access: EQUIOS accesses your Google Ads and GA4 data in read-only mode for analytics and reporting purposes. We do not create, modify, or delete your advertising campaigns or analytics configurations.
- Minimum Necessary Access: We request only the permissions strictly required to generate the reports and dashboards you request.
5. Your Rights and Access Revocation
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- Revoke Google Access: You can revoke EQUIOS's access to your Google accounts at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page and removing EQUIOS. Upon revocation, we will stop accessing your Google data and will delete any cached data within 30 days.
- Access and Portability: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal data.
- Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at hello@equios.ai.
- Objection: You may object to certain processing of your data.

6. Data Security and Retention
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Google API data cached for report generation is retained for a maximum of 90 days. Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days.
8. Children's Privacy
EQUIOS is a B2B platform intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
9. International Data Transfers
EQUIOS is operated by Estudio Equity SpA, a company incorporated in Chile. Your data may be processed in Chile and in other countries where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international transfers of personal data.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of EQUIOS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
